Program Details and Rules:

• During the FreeB promo period, registrants of enrolled registrars will receive FREE .ASIA promotional items, aka FreeBs, from the registry.

.Asia FreeBs will be sent from DotAsia office in Hong Kong to REGISTRANT CONTACT Addresses worldwide. Once the domain is fully registered, the following process will take place:

Registrant Contact receives email confirmation from FreeB.Asia. See email sample below:

Dear REGISTRANT NAME, Thank you for registering DOMAIN NAME. You are receiving this email because the X year term .ASIA domain you have registered on DATE qualifies you to receive a .ASIA ITEM for FREE! From May 1st to July 31st 2012, new .ASIA domains with 1, 2, 5 and 10 year registrations will be eligible to receive .ASIA FreeBs, compliments of .ASIA.

3. DotAsia sends out FreeBs

.ASIA FreeBs will be sent every week from the start of the program to addresses of qualifying Registrants after the domain is fully registered. If the registrant fails to respond to email confirmation request after Aug 14, 2012, two weeks after the last date of the FreeB promo, the registrant will be ineligible to receive any FreeB items under this program. All .ASIA FreeBs will bear ‘.Asia’ logo.
